Preparations are underway for the next Solar Training Week in Georgia, scheduled for May and focused on practical photovoltaic training at three vocational colleges.

As part of the planning process, representatives of the Eberhard Schöck Foundation visited Georgia and met with the participating vocational institutions to coordinate the upcoming activities.

The programme will include three two-day, practice-oriented solar training sessions at Horizonti College, Lakada College in Jvari, and Iberia College.

During the preparatory meetings, the partners discussed the organisational arrangements required for the training week, including the local setup, practical training conditions and coordination with the participating colleges.

The upcoming programme is designed to give vocational students practical exposure to photovoltaic systems and complement theoretical knowledge with hands-on exercises.

The May training week will continue the expansion of practical solar education within Georgia’s vocational education sector and strengthen cooperation between the participating colleges and international project partners.
