International Innovative Technologies (IITech)

International Innovative Technologies (IITech) supports the implementation and coordination of renewable energy projects in Georgia, with a focus on education, technical cooperation and international partnerships.

Within the Solar Colleges initiative, IITech contributes to cooperation with vocational colleges and public institutions, supports practical training activities, and helps coordinate the development of renewable energy education and related project activities in Georgia.

Phazisi College / Solar Installer Educational Hub — Poti

Phazisi College / Solar Installer Educational Hub

Phazisi College in Poti serves as the Solar Installer Educational Hub of the Solar Colleges initiative in Georgia. The college provides a central platform for practical photovoltaic training, development of vocational solar education, and training-of-trainers activities.

With dedicated solar training infrastructure and a 16.5 kW rooftop PV system, Phazisi supports hands-on learning and the transfer of practical solar knowledge across Georgia’s vocational education network. Its hub function strengthens cooperation between colleges, trainers and project partners and supports the preparation of qualified specialists for the renewable energy sector.

The Eberhard Schöck Foundation is a private, not-for-profit foundation. It was founded in 1992 and primarily works in an operative capacity. The core of the foundation’s work is the promotion of skilled trades – especially in Central and Eastern Europe. A second area of focus is advancing the German language at home and abroad. In addition, the foundation gives out various prizes and awards.

As a key partner of the Solar Colleges project under the ENABLING PV initiative, EUROSOLAR Georgia connects academic institutions, industry experts, and policymakers to promote solar energy solutions and sustainability. Through its commitment to education, advocacy, and collaboration, the organization empowers the next generation of renewable energy leaders and drives the energy transition in the South Caucasus & Central Asia.

ideas into energy is a non-profit educational institute founded in Berlin in 2017, focused on promoting the international dissemination of sustainable energy and environmental protection technologies. The organization carries out projects worldwide, collaborating with domestic and foreign educational partners, and regularly receives public grants to support these initiatives. The institute works with governments, municipalities, associations, and companies to introduce and spread alternative energy sources in countries with high application potential. ideas into energy is the project executing agency for several major initiatives, including those under the ENABLING PV initiative.

eclareon is an international consulting firm specializing in the markets for energy and environmental technologies. The company advises and implements projects for ministries, international organizations, foundations, trade associations, state and private companies, and banks. eclareon is a co-initiator of the “Solar Schools” and “Solar Universities” projects and supports these initiatives through its networks to the German Federal Government and its extensive contacts within both the German and international solar industry.
