Ilia Tsinamdzghvrishvili College is a public vocational institution in the village of Tsinamdzghvriantkari, Mtskheta Municipality. It has a distinctive place in Georgian vocational education history and is regarded as the country’s oldest vocational school. Traditionally associated with agricultural education, the college today offers a broader range of vocational programmes, including technical fields.

Its combination of long-standing vocational experience, regional outreach and expanding technical education makes the college a strong partner for renewable energy training. Solar education adds a modern technical dimension while also creating links with energy use in agriculture, rural development and local employment.
