College Horizonti is a vocational education institution in Ozurgeti serving Guria and neighbouring communities in western Georgia. It offers vocational and short-term training in several practical fields, including hospitality, culinary arts, services, business-related subjects and other labour-market-oriented programmes.

As a regional vocational institution outside Georgia’s main urban centres, Horizonti plays an important role in making professional training accessible to local communities. The addition of practical solar energy training strengthens this regional role and introduces students to skills that are increasingly relevant to the country’s energy transition.
