College Spectri is a public multidisciplinary vocational college in Tbilisi with a strong practical and technical orientation. Its education and retraining activities cover fields such as construction, transport, occupational safety, environmental technologies and other applied professions, with an emphasis on employability and workplace skills.

This technical profile makes Spectri a natural partner for practical photovoltaic education. Solar training complements construction and engineering-related skills while giving students experience with technologies that are increasingly important for buildings, energy systems and the wider green economy.
